- 1Submit your idea (companies)
Companies submit a short public idea form — company basics, the AI idea and the value it could create. GDPR consent is captured on submit. No login needed.
- 2Invitation to the platform
Promising applicants are invited by email to log in and complete their full profile. Mentors, AI suppliers and project managers are invited the same way by an admin with the right role.
- 3Sign in with a magic link
Each invitation contains a secure, single-use sign-in link. Open it in the same browser and you're signed in — no password to set or remember.
- 4Complete your profile
Participants land directly on their company profile and fill in the remaining sections — impact, team, business goals and commitment. Fields stay editable while the application is under review.
- 5Evaluation & shortlisting
Project managers evaluate the idea against programme goals, set shortlist status (Yes / No / To be evaluated) and capture an internal motivation. Companies don't see internal notes.
- 6Application status & journey
Companies follow their status — Applied, Application approved, Selected for cohort, Cohort participant. Once the application is approved, a personal journey timeline appears: Interview, Selected, Matched with AI supplier, Matched with mentor, Kick-off, Midterm, Demo Day.
- 7Selection & contracting
Selected companies join a cohort. Once the contract is signed they unlock matchmaking and cohort tools.
- 8Matching with AI suppliers & mentor
A company can be matched with one or more AI suppliers — each match is approved separately by the project team. Each cohort has one shared mentor assigned at cohort level.
- 9Goals, KPIs & costs
Set goals and KPIs, track baseline values, log progress and follow programme costs (AI supplier, mentor, travel). VAT-inclusive prices count toward the per-company limit.
- 10Kick-off, Midterm & Demo Day
The cohort runs through Kick-off, a Midterm workshop and Demo Day. Each milestone is checked off in the journey as it's completed.
Everyone sees only what they should
Companies see their own information. Suppliers and mentors only access what is relevant after invitation. Project managers run the programme. Admins manage users and roles.
